10 Effective Social Anxiety Tips

Keith Bronson's Famous Anxiety Techniques

Hundreds of thousands of people world wide suffer from some form of anxiety and a very small percentage of those people are actually taking the necessary steps to overcome their disorder. Of all forms, Social anxiety can be the most difficult to deal with.

Hello, I’m Keith Bronson. I have suffered with Social Anxiety Disorder for over ten years. In the past year I finally took action to beat my disorder through online programs (which was my only solution since I would panic anytime I spoke to people) and some of the techniques here. I was skeptical at first but found that many had some form of “trick” or “technique” that I have never heard about and that really came in handy. I took what I had learned from various programs and applied their techniques in a variety of situations. I was then able to attend group therapy and speak with other sufferers, see psychiatrists and most importantly my family doctor. I am now anxiety free and able to live my life to the fullest, it feels great! I wish you all the best on your journey to beat your disorder. Downloading this book was a terrific start! Thanks again and Good Luck!

First thing I recommend is to “de-stress” yourself. Stress is most commonly linked to social anxiety and depression, less stress in your activities of daily living (ADL) can make a huge impact on how your day goes. If you are overwhelmed with activities and responsibilities try to just say no, even to just a few, perhaps your taking on more then you can handle. Make adjustments to your schedule if necessary, basically do anything you can to “lighten the load” in your schedule and in your mind. One thing that is often overlooked when dealing with stress is your daily diet.

Eating a lot junk food is not only bad for your overall health but it also contributes to stress. Try to include plenty of water and fruit into your diet. Your body and mind will function and perform much better. When taking this in to account the next panic attack or social encounter could be a little bit easier for you. The last thing I can recommend for “de-stressing” is exercise. Exercise can raise your endorphin level helping you to focus more clearly and just like your diet the exercise will make your anxiety much easier to overcome when push comes to shove.
